Siobhan Tutty Siobhan is a solicitor in the Private Client team. She joined Belmont & Lowe in October 2024 having previously trained at a boutique firm in North London. Siobhan assists Belinda Hornsby Cox and Karen Wallace with their respective clients whilst also handling matters of her own. The small team means that that between them they can offer a truly personal service to a high standard and importantly clients know who they are speaking to throughout their matter. The work Siobhan undertakes includes the: Preparation of wills Creating and administering trusts Succession planning Inheritance tax planning Administration of trusts and estates including applications for probate Contentious trusts and estates Advising trustees/executors and beneficiaries in respect of their rights and obligations under the terms of wills and trusts Preparing, registering and subsequently advising on Legal Powers of Attorney Declarations of trust for property purchases Much of Siobhan’s work includes working collaboratively with financial advisors, accountants and wealth managers to ensure a client’s needs are being dealt with holistically. Her exceedingly friendly and approachable manner means she has the ability to get on well with everybody and importantly be empathetic to those going through difficult situations.
