Poppy Banbury Poppy has been a central member of the Belmont & Lowe team since 2019. Family experience Poppy advises on a broad range of family law issues, including separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements, financial settlements, leave to remove applications, child arrangements, and other disputes involving children. Professional qualifications and memberships Poppy studied Law at university before completing her Legal Practice Course at City Law School. She trained with Camilla Baldwin Solicitors in Mayfair and Peacock & Co. in Wimbledon before joining Belmont & Lowe in April 2019. She is a member of Resolution, a professional organisation committed to promoting a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law. As a Resolution member, Poppy follows a code of practice that encourages solutions focused on the needs of the whole family and supports alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, and collaborative practice. When not in the office Poppy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a keen cook who loves experimenting in the kitchen. She also enjoys walking and is happiest when exploring her home county of Gloucestershire.
